A failed order can leave a temporary authorization hold, which your bank releases automatically — usually within a few days. If it hasn't cleared, email support@theinklabel.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
Every THE INK LABEL piece is covered against print and material defects. If something isn't right, email us at support@theinklabel.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. You can also reach us on Instagram at @The.InkLabel. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
